According to The Anthropic Principle, the universe appears to be designed for mankind. It is designed and fine-tuned so that if anything changes, it all falls apart.
WOW! The anthropic principle and the structure of the physical world was an amazing Harvard paper published in 1979 that sparked continuing debate on whether The Anthropic Principle proves God’s existence.
There are four cosmic forces (at least) at work in our universe.
Gravity
Electromagnetic
Strong Nuclear Force
Weak Nuclear Force
I am not pretending that I understand this scientific stuff, but you can research how The Anthropic Principle collides with the Copernican Principle and Plank's Constant at the link. Basically, it can be argued that any slight change in one of these forces and our universe would disintegrate. That means that at the atomic and sub-atomic levels life as we know it is impossible - if minute tolerances are not maintained.
Maintained how? Is this all random? Praise God Almighty, IT’S NOT! I don't know about you, but it's a great comfort to believe "He's got the whole world in His hands".
So, there it is - The Anthropic Principle. If you are still reading this, please know that God not only created the universe, but He holds it together for US; another big reason to trust Almighty God for our very existence.
Then the LORD answered Job out of the whirlwind, and said,
"Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth?
Tell Me if you have understanding... Can you bind the cluster of the Pleiades, or loose the belt of Orion?
Can you bring out Mazzaroth in its season?
Or can you guide the Great Bear with its cubs?
Do you know the ordinances of the heavens?
Can you set their dominion over the earth?" ~ Job 38:1, 4, 6, 31-33 NKJV
Praise
Thank You, LORD! I trust Your power to not only create our universe but to also hold it together for our benefit and Your Glory. In the Name Above All Names, our Jesus, Amen.
